Hot Water Cylinders

Hot water cylinders repaired and replaced

Problems with your hot water cylinder will mean cold showers in the morning!   If you regularly run out of hot water, or have poor water pressure it might be time to upgrade your hot water cylinder.

Changing a water cylinder is not just a matter of replacing the cylinder itself, as you may need to change temperature safety valves and/or pressure regulators along with mixer taps (like you might have in the shower).

We can fix, move or replace your hot water cylinder or hot water system so you get powerful, hot water when you need it.  We source top quality cylinders from suppliers such as Rheem and Rinnai.

Warning gas will run out soon met with scorn by industry

The plumbing and gas fitting industry is pouring scorn on claims that gas will run out soon in New Zealand and people need to think twice before buying gas-fired appliances.

The argument began when Consumer New Zealand warned that New Zealand natural gas reserves were forecast to last for only 10 years.

It suggested people should take this into account when buying gas heaters.
