To install the meter we find the feed to each unit and from there it is a simple installation of the smart meter. There is no wiring or power requirement because the smart meter has its own power source - a small battery which only needs replacing approximately every twelve years.
The tenant does not have to allow you special access to read the water meter, because you can read the water usage via the remote software. Readings can be taken at any time. We can provide the reading for you or you can do it yourself.
Our equipment comes with a warranty and in the unlikely event of a replacement the unit is just unclipped from its position and a new unit clipped in.
