Bathrooms

We currently have a design that we can comfortably fit into a 2x1m area which includes a toilet basin and shower with room to move.

Kitchens

When renovating, kitchen sinks and taps often get moved to another part of the kitchen. This is generally not difficult, and is a good time to decide on new features like single action taps or a pot washer.

You might decide to include new appliances that require plumbing such as water filters or fridge ice makers. These decisions should be made early so the best, least intrusive plumbing can be installed. Waste disposals/insinkerators and dishwashers generally get moved with the sink and taps.

We can run new piping (copper, PE, PPE or PVC) - either beneath the floor if wooden or in the ceiling.  As a last resort we can run it around the under bench.

You may decide to move to gas appliances. If natural gas is not in your area you can use LPG in a bottle (very common and we can do the installation for you). A gas hob is great if you are a fan of Asian or Indian style cooking where speed is vital to retaining taste and heat.  Find out more about the benefits of Gas Cooking.

Spouting and drainage

• Roof pitches or changes to the exterior design means spouting and guttering may need changing - we can take care of this for you.
• We can also lay drains outside or under the flooring.
